عن عبد الله عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: من عزى مصابا فله مثل أجره (سنن الترمذي رقم 1073)
Hazrat ‘Abdullah bin Mas‘ood (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said, “The one who consoles the bereaved will receive a reward similar to that of the bereaved.”
