7. As a sign of the Nabi’s prophethood, Allah Ta‘ala allows the Nabi to carry out certain mu’jizaat (miracles). However, it should be understood that the Nabi is a human being, and he is unable to perform miracles of his own accord. It is only through the divine permission and with the divine help of Allah Ta‘ala that miracles are performed at the hands of the Nabi. ^[1]

8. The first Prophet is Nabi Aadam (‘alaihis salaam), and the final Prophet is Hazrat Muhammad (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam). All the other Ambiyaa (‘alaihimus salaam) came between these two Prophets. ^[2]
