After a short while, a person came and woke me up. He had a wooden bowl in which was the most delicious thareed. It was prepared with oil and meat and had the most delicious aroma. He then handed the bowl of thareed to me.
I asked him where the thareed came from, and he replied, “For three days, my children have been asking me to cook thareed, and only today did I find the means to do so. After cooking it, I fell asleep and saw a dream. In the dream, Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) came to me and said, ‘A brother of yours has asked me to feed him the very food that you cooked. Feed him now on my behalf.”
