1. Allah Ta‘ala is most merciful to His servants. He is extremely loving, tolerant and forebearing. He is the One who forgives sins and accepts repentance. [1]
2. Allah Ta‘ala is completely just. He does not oppress any creation to the extent of even an atom. [2]
3. Allah Ta‘ala has given man an understanding and the ability to choose between good and evil. Allah Ta‘ala becomes pleased with those believers who carry out good deeds for His pleasure, and becomes displeased with those who commit sins. [3]
[1] وَرَحمَتى وَسِعَت كُلَّ شَىءٍ (سورة الاعراف: 156)
إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغفِرُ الذُّنوبَ جَميعًا ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الغَفورُ الرَّحيمُ (سورة الزمر: 53)
(ويغفر ما دون ذلك لمن يشاء من الصغائر والكبائر) مع التوبة أو بدونها (شرح العقائد النسفية صـ 142)
[2] إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَظلِمُ مِثقالَ ذَرَّةٍ (سورة النساء: 40)
إنه لا يظلم أحدا إثبات أنه عدل في حكمه (الأسماء والصفات للبيهقي 1/ 108)
[3] وَهَدَينٰهُ النَّجدَينِ (سورة البلد: 10)
وللعباد أفعال اختيارية يثابون بها ويعاقبون عليها (العقائد النسفية صـ 113)
