عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ليس الشديد بالصرعة إنما الشديد الذي يملك نفسه عند الغضب (صحيح البخاري، الرقم: 6114)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said, “The person who possesses true strength is not the one who can overpower others when wrestling them. (Rather,) the one who possesses true strength is the one who is able to control himself at the time of anger.”
