One should recite any of the following du‘aas before eating:
بِسْمِ اللهِ
In the name of Allah Ta’ala
بِسْمِ اللهِ بَرَكَةِ اللهِ
In the name of Allah Ta’ala, and with the blessings of Allah Ta’ala.
