عن سعد بن أبي وقاص قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: أربع من السعادة المرأة الصالحة والمسكن الواسع والجار الصالح والمركب الهنيء وأربع من الشقاوة الجار السوء والمرأة السوء والمسكن الضيق والمركب السوء (صحيح ابن حبان، الرقم: 4032)

Hazrat Sa’d bin Abi Waqqaas (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said, “There are four bounties that are a sign of one being blessed with good fortune; (1) a pious wife, (2) a spacious home, (3) a pious neighbor and (4) a good conveyance. There are four things that are a sign of ill-fortune; (1) an evil neighbor, (2) a bad wife, (3) a home that is small and constricted, and (4) a conveyance that is not good.”
