7. Nothing can transpire or occur in the creation without the permission of Allah Ta‘ala. Without His permission, not even an atom can move. ^[1]

8. Nothing is incumbent and compulsory upon Allah Ta‘ala. The mercy He shows to the creation is solely out of His grace, compassion and kindness. ^[2]

9. Allah Ta‘ala has not given us any command which we are unable to fulfil. ^[3]

10. Whatever good or evil takes place in the creation, Allah Ta‘ala had full knowledge of it from eternity. This is what is meant by taqdeer (pre-destination). ^[4]
