The Beautiful Behavior of Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam)
Hazrat Anas bin Maalik (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) has mentioned that it was the mubaarak habit of Rasulyullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) that whenever a person would meet him and clasp his hands (while making Musaafahah), Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) would not remove his hands from the person’s hands until the person removed his hands, and Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) would not turn his face away from the person until the person turned his face away, and Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) was never seen sitting with his knees ahead of the knees of the person who was seated next to him (i.e. when seated in a gathering of people, and all the people sat facing the same direction (e.g. people seated in the saffs of Salaah), he always sat in line with the person next to him, and would ensure that his knees are not ahead of the person who sat beside him, so that he would not be distinguished and different from the rest of the people).
