عن عمران بن حصين قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من كان له على رجل حق فمن أخره كان له بكل يوم صدقة (مسند أحمد #19977)

Hazrat ‘Imraan bin Husain (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said, “The one who is owed some money (or any other right), and after the due date, he grants respite to the debtor, then for each day (of respite), he will receive the reward of giving (the entire amount owed to him) in sadaqah.”
