عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول لا يزال قلب الكبير شابا في اثنتين في حب الدنيا وطول الأمل (صحيح البخاري #6420)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) said, “I heard Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) mention, “The heart of an aged person always remains young in regard to two things; (1) love for the world (its wealth and comforts) and (2) the fulfillment of lengthy aspirations (through a long life).”
